Monthly Tips
- Replace furnace filters and have the furnace & check humidifier humidistat for correct setting
- Check the Sump Discharge to make sure the exterior pipe is not frozen
- Use Calcium or Magnesium Chloride instead of Rock Salt to melt snow and ice on driveways and sidewalks
